Delhi: Murder convict who jumped parole rapes woman on pretext of curing ailment, arrested

A murder convict, out on parole, and a wanted criminal was arrested for allegedly raping a woman on the pretext of curing an ailment. The accused was wanted in many criminal cases and police had declared a bounty of Rs 1 lakh on him.
