Delhi High Court notice to UIDAI, RBI in PIL alleging unauthorized access, usage of Aadhaar data by Google Pay

As per the petition, Google Pay in its terms and conditions explicitly mentions that it would collect, store and share the bank account and Aadhaar details of users though it has no permission from UIDAI to do so.
