Delhi HC rejects plea to reopen 100-year-old Roshanara Club

The Roshanara Club was sealed by the Delhi Development Authority on September 29. The court was hearing a plea to declare this move unconstitutional and in violation of the fundamental rights of the club, its members and employees.
