Delhi HC notice to Twitter, Centre on journalist's plea against locking of her account

The Delhi High Court on Tuesday issued notice to Twitter Inc and the Centre on a petition moved by journalist Aarti Tikoo, founder and editor of 'The New Indian' challenging Twitter Inc's decision to lock her Twitter account over a post.
