Delhi Excise Policy case: Delhi court issues summons to Arvind Kejriwal on ED's complaint; asks him to appear on Feb 17

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (ACMM) Divya Malhotra of the Rouse Avenue Courts today pronounced her order saying she has taken cognisance of the ED's complaint and summons is being issued to Kejriwal.
