New Delhi: The Delhi Commission for Protection of Child Rights (DCPCR), in an affidavit submitted to the Delhi high court, has contradicted a majority of the incriminating claims made by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) about two childcare homes established by the New Delhi-based Centre of Equity Studies (CES).
