The report was originally schedule for release on Wednesday, according to the Council for Medical Schemes (CMS).
The section 59 Investigation was initiated after members of the National Healthcare Professionals Association said their claims were held back based on race.
Advocate Tembeka Ngcukaitobi chaired the panel and the report has been handed over to the Council of Medical Schemes.
