A Delaware man was among three people indicted for their alleged involvement in using explosives to rob Target and Wawa stores in Philadelphia during fall unrest in the city.
Nasser McFall, 22, of Claymont, was indicted along with 21-year-old Cushmir McBride of Yeadon, Pennsylvania and 34-year-old Kamar Thompson of Philadelphia, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced in a press release Friday.
The three are expected to be arraigned next week, the Attorney’s Office said.
The trio allegedly used "multiple" explosive devices to target the stores. The crimes happened during widespread civil unrest around Philadelphia in the aftermath of the police shooting of Walter Wallace, a Philadelphia man who was walking toward officers with a knife when he was shot and killed.
