Del Mar City Council asks SANDAG to study a rail realignment option that runs through the Del Mar Fairgrounds

Del Mar City Council members decided Nov. 14 to call for further study of rerouting the train tracks through the Del Mar Fairgrounds, which could avoid a tunnel that runs underneath the city.
