Defence helicopter pilot denies failure to alert authorities to Orroral Valley bushfire was due to fear of tarnishing military's reputation

One of the pilots from the Defence helicopter that started the devastating January 2020 Orroral Valley fire near Canberra tells a coronial inquest he was totally focused on getting his passengers to safety.
