More than four years of hard work by volunteers has succeeded in the creation of a detailed document to guide development.
The Deepings Neighbourhood Plan, put together by elected members of Market Deeping Town Council and Deeping St James Parish Council, is designed to ensure planning applications conform to locally devised policies.
The document, if approved by residents at a referendum in May, is to be used in conjunction with South Kesteven District Councilâs Local Plan, until 2036.
