Decker Towers residents ask city council for help with security, drug issues, homeless trespassers

Tenants at a Burlington apartment building for low-income residents say they've been struggling with unhoused trespassers stealing packages, using and selling drugs in the building, and even attacking people who live there. Now, they've asked the city council for help.
