Decatur City Commission forges ahead with South Housing Village after heated public comments

After a contentious 90 minutes of public comment on March 2, the Decatur City Commission decided to move forward with purchasing 7 acres of land and refinancing a larger portion of Legacy Park to develop the South Housing Village.
