Death of retired policeman whose head became trapped in hospital bed was an 'avoidable accident'

Retired police officer Max Dingle, 83, died 15 minutes after he was found 'entrapped' with his head between a mattress and a bed rail at the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital on May 3, 2020.
