Death of Marvin Scott III in custody at a Texas jail is classified as homicide by medical examiner

Marvin Scott III died in police custody on March 14 following his arrest
Medical and police personnel noticed erratic behavior from Scott
His family and lawyer claim the behavior was from Scott's mental health battle
The medical examiner said in a preliminary report Scott died from 'fatal acute stress response in an individual with previously diagnosed schizophrenia during restraint struggle with law enforcement'
Family was able to view video of Scott's death on Wednesday for the first time
They called for the officers involved to be arrested after the viewing of the video
Seven detention officers were previously fired and one resigned, though one of the officers was reinstated earlier this week
