SAN ANTONIO — The family of a 6-year-old boy who was fatally shot by local deputies a few days before Christmas in 2017 is again giving Bexar County the opportunity to settle the lawsuit they filed following the boy’s death. This time, however, the family of Kameron Prescott is asking for $4.5 million – more than double the initial ask from last summer – after the lawsuit survived a number of judicial hurdles.
