Deadline Detroit | 3 Oakland County Attorneys Charged In Fraudulent Debt Collection Scheme

Three attorneys from the same Oakland County law firm -- including a father and son -- have been charged in Flint with being part of a fraudulent scheme authorities say involved forgery and illegal debt collection from people and companies, including many who never owed money.  
Attorneys Marc Fishman, 70, his son Ryan Fishman, 33, and Alexandra Ichim, 33, all of the Fishman Group in Bloomfield Hills, are accused of filing debt collection lawsuits on behalf of clients, then illegally collecting debt through forgeries, according to a press conference by the Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton that was posted on ABC12 News in Flint.
