Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Jan 17: A delegation led by DDC Chairperson Ganderbal, Nuzhat Ishfaq comprising PRI representatives from Ganderbal called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today at Raj Bhavan.
