Excelsior Correspondent RAMBAN, Feb 11: Drug Control Officer (DCO) Ramban, Imtiyaz Ahmad today inspected various courier centers to check any misuse of courier services for the transportation and distribution of narcotics and psychotropic drugs in the district.
