DCF, Judicial Department Says Policies Are Under Review Following Death of Infant

Following the Fentanyl-related death of a 10-month-old baby in 2023, officials from the state Department of Children and Families say they are reviewing ways they can improve systems they use to assess child safety in families where there is substance abuse.
