DB Realty divests 100% stake in Real Gem Buildtech for about Rs 231.42 crore, ET RealEstate

Consequent upon the aforesaid sale, Real Gem Buildtech will cease to be a wholly owned subsidiary of DB Realty. The transaction will lead to considerable amount of free cashflow to the company.
