DavNor BM Amit claims it all started when he questioned Gov. Jubahib's confidential funds

DAVAO del Norte Board Member Orly Amit, who was tagged as the main reason that Gov. Edwin Jubahib was meted with a 60-day preventive suspension due to the complaints he filed at the Office of the President, revealed that all the hullabaloo happening in Davao del Norte was all because he questioned the annual budget, especially the confidential funds of the governor.
