David Figueroa and Elizabeth Bryand accused of leaving 7-week-old inside running car for nearly 4 hours while at N. Houston bar

David Figueroa was given $20,000 bond after he allegedly left a newborn inside a car while at a bar. Elizabeth Bryand, the mother, is also charged.
