Dashcam footage clears man of felony charge after showing constable injuring himself in The Woodlands

Charges against a man accused of injuring a Montgomery County Precinct 2 Constable’s Office investigator during the Ironman Race have been dropped after video evidence showed the investigator kicking the man's vehicle.
