Darrell Brooks freed on bail before parade, no record of hearing

Days before the Waukesha Christmas parade tragedy, Darrell Brooks was freed on $1,000 bail in Milwaukee County, accused of running over the mother of his child with the same SUV used in the Waukesha attack. Any word-for-word account of what happened that day in court has been lost for good.
