Barrington Illinois-based Signal Hill Chapter, NSDAR, announced the winners of its 2021 American History Essay Contest. Kudos to the students, fifth- through eighth-graders, who participated in the contest by writing and submitting their essays on "The Boston Massacre" and the role it played in organizing American colonists against the British King and Parliament.
