Danelo Cavalcante update: Guard who missed escape fired, source says

A Chester County corrections officer who allegedly failed to see convicted murderer Danelo Cavalcante escaping form the county prison on the morning of Aug. 31 has been fired, according to an official speaking on condition of anonymity.
