Dance, dignity, human rights take center stage in City Heights performance

Marcos Duran is a dancer and lecturer at San Diego City College and UC San Diego, and a recipient of a Far South/Border North artist grant for 2023-2024. His work, "Dancing With Dignity," is inspired by the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and being performed May 4 at the Black Box Theatre in City Heights
