Dad slams Derbyshire County Council delays as authority ordered to pay him over £11,000 after complaint about son's special educational needs plan

The parent of a teenager with special educational needs has spoken out after Derbyshire County Council were ordered to pay him more than £11,000 because of their actions around his son's education, health and care plan (EHCP).
