Miami, FL – DaBaby was questioned by Miami police on Monday (May 31) in connection to a shooting that left two people injured, one critically. While DaBaby’s lawyer confirmed the multi-platinum rapper was released without charges, a member of his entourage wasn’t so lucky.
According to
Billion Dollar Baby Ent. artist Wisdom Awute was arrested shortly after the shooting on charges of attempted murder with a deadly weapon and aggravated assault with a firearm. The Miami-Dade County website shows he’s ineligible for bond as of press time.
The incident took place at Prime 112 steakhouse as two men were attempting to get into their car at approximately 11:20 p.m. local time, then got into a fight with “a famous musical entourage.”
