SCHENECTADY – Dequan Greene, an ordained minister, “engaged in a course of conduct” that included forcing his 4-year-old foster son to take a cold shower, making him do wall sits and force feeding him before he killed the boy either by “forcefully stepping or stomping on his stomach,” according to court filings by attorneys involved in the criminal case.
