D.C. Sniper with ties to SW Florida is denied parole 20 years after shootings

D.C. Sniper Lee Boyd Malvo, who had previously lived in Southwest Florida, was denied parole in Virginia 20 years after being convicted of capital murder in the 2002 series of sniper-style random killings.
