MEDIA >> A registered Republican who requested and returned an absentee ballot on behalf of his dead mother that was counted in the 2020 General Election has been charged with unlawful voting and perjury, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer announced Monday.
âLet me just be very clear for all the conspiracy theorists who may be out there watching: The case we are talking about today presents no evidence of widespread voter fraud, and in fact is only evidence that one individual here in Delaware County was able to vote for a deceased person, and he voted that person for Donald Trump,â said Stollsteimer.
