Cyclone Mandous: Cyclone Approaching, Heavy Rain Alert For Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh

As the deep depression over southwest and adjoining southeast Bay of Bengal intensified into a cyclonic storm Mandous, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday morning issued an alert for Tamil Nadu, Puducherry and Andhra Pradesh.
