Set to open in early 2025, Cycas is working with Marriott Hotels & Resorts to develop the 86-room hotel Moxy Le Havre based in the Normandy area of France. Moxy Le Havre, Cycas' 4th Moxy hotel opening, will form part of a multi-purpose complex within the region and is owned by the family-run ETAMINE company. Set between France's second largest port, train station, beach and marina, this development will transform the former EM Normandie campus site into a new urban centre within this popular business destination and world heritage city.
