Cyberpunk 2077 Developer No Longer Recommends Asking PlayStation For Refunds
Sony's reluctance to offer refunds seems to have led to a change in CD Projekt Red's messaging.

CD Projekt Red itself said that players should contact Microsoft or Sony in order to get the refund process started.
