Cultists bury ex-Rivers CDC boss alive, suspects nabbed

The Rivers State Police Command has arrested two notorious kidnappers who abducted and buried alive a former Chairman of the Community Development Committee in Kereken-Boue, Khana Local Government Area of the state.
