Cubic Telecom signs Ireland's biggest tech deal, selling 51pc to SoftBank for €473m

Cubic Telecom, the Dublin-based connectivity software firm, has received a €473m investment from the Japanese mega-investor, SoftBank, valuing the firm at €927.4m.
