Cuban residents abroad prepare cultural festival

Havana, Oct 27 (Prensa Latina) The Cuban Ministry of Culture (MINCULT) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MINREX) are convening the 2nd Cultural Festival of Cuban Residents Abroad, scheduled from November 2 to 12, the MINREX's website reported.
