CT woman charged with drunken driving in New York state was allegedly twice legal limit

New York State Police said the incident occurred at about 1:20 a.m. Saturday when  a trooper spotted a vehicle stopped on the shoulder of I-95 in the town of Mamaroneck, "with several beer bottles on the ground."
