CT Weather: Flash Flood Watch Issued; More Storms, Rain Forecast

Heavy rain and strong storms are forecast for Connecticut on Monday and Tuesday.
CONNECTICUT — There won't be any break from the weather for us in Connecticut. After Tropical Storm Elsa dropped several inches of rain that ignited flooding throughout the state on Friday, more heavy rain is in the forecast Monday and Tuesday.
A flash flood watch is in effect from Monday afternoon through Tuesday morning. Southern Connecticut is expected to see more rain than northern parts, but flooding is a concern all across the state.
