With a five-point plan that includes a booster section for entrepreneurship, Indiana’s Secretary of Commerce Brad Chambers was the featured speaker at a forum on the state’s future at Valparaiso University Tuesday afternoon. He and a panel of six addressed an audience of 300 regional leaders.
