The Porter County Board of Commissioners are not violating the Open Door Law with their administrative meetings Indiana’s Public Access Counselor Luke Britt ruled Wednesday. Porter County Council President Jeremy Rivas, D-2nd, who filed the complaint about the meetings, says he will continue providing documentation to Britt’s office to help them see they don’t have the full picture.
