Waukegan seniors announce their post-graduation plans at Decision Day; 'We want to celebrate those choices' – Chicago Tribune

In the past, Decision Day was for students announcing their college choice but Cecilia Rico, a college and career manager for the school, said this year a decision was made to make the event more inclusive, welcoming all students to disclose their future plans.
