Lreally appreciate that. I hope youre all enjoying the food. A little closer. I want to welcome everybody and thank you all for tonight and supporting the committee. And thunder, feel the thunder. Lets give a Party Chairman another round of applause here for putting this together. Thank you. Thank you for that one introduction. That. Eciate and they definitely wanted to test me on this with the date move and today we came not from berlin. We came from pittsburgh. We visited the northern border today. That was an educational experience actually. Im curious, how many people in New Hampshire, raise your hand if youve been to the northern border here. Good. Good number of you. Beautiful. It is a good place to live. We think about postwhite house, where were going to go, change it up a little bit. Im falling in love with New Hampshire. North of New Hampshire looks pretty darn good, but it was eyeopening today to see the customs and Border Patrol over here with a fence and barbed wire and Everything Else and it says do not enter is the sign. Do not go further, stop here. Literally underneath that sign it says hiking trail over here. Im not making this up. So we went on the hiking trail, we go up the mountain, were in canada and then we come here basically in canada, cant tell what is canada, but you come back in. If you want to go all the way around it gets you down to a little creek at the bottom about a mile and a half away and walking on the campaign bus and going over a bridge over that creek and i know that creek is what you have to cross if youre coming in the rest of New Hampshire, and so i said, you know what, lets try this. So we got out and actually walked across the creek and it only got the water up to your knees but anyway, thats what had me coming in a little bit late. We had an understanding of how porous that northern border is, its not just the southern border. You have to escape to where the pocket is going. Its not even about the border crisis. I think that will be our theme tonight. We all as a Republican Party skate to where the puck is and criticize the radical rep, everything the group on offer, but we need to focus on the southern border today or the north border tomorrow, it will be our dependence on china tomorrow. We have to understand that who we are and what we stand for, and agenda of our own. Im going to give a bit of a different speech night largely because youve already heard me twice, i cant get the same one. But in all seriousness, i want to go a layer deeper. My parents, casino this country just so you know, came to this country with no money, eating similar to what is on your table tonight. And in a single generation we have gone to living the full arc of the American Dream. My wife was here is here putting our kids to sleep right now. We have followed our faith in god. I founded multiple successful multibillion dollar companies, that is the American Dream. I am genuinely worried that American Dream is not going to exist for our two sons and their generation unless we do something about it. In order for us to really get this right, this is where i am going to trust you guys tonight with a longer and more complicated story than i usually tell, we have to see the threats we face with clear eyes. I believe that we are in the middle of a kind of war. In the United States today, actually. Its not a war between blackandwhite is the media would have you believe. Its not a war between man and woman or gay and straight or even democrat and republican, not really. Its a war between those of us who believe in the ideals of the american revolution, who believe all men are created equal, endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, among these, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, who believe that you get ahead in this country not on the cover of your skin for the content of your character, who believe that you have the right to speak your mind as long as i get to in return, who believe that american exceptionalism and that our children can achieve anything they want through their hard work and commitment and dedication in that american creed. Even though we are an imperfect nation, we are still founded on the pursuit of a more perfect union. The pursuit of liberty, equality and justice for all. That is most of us in this country. [applause] mr. Ramaswamy who are on one side of this war. On the others we have those who believe that your identity is based on your race, gender and sexuality. That if you are black youre inherently disadvantaged or if youre white youre inherently privileged, no matter your economic background or upbringing. Your genetics determine who you are and what you can achieve in life. Who believe in the importance of Group Quarters over meritocracy, who believe that we must abandon our modern way of life and Carbon Emissions as we ship those emissions to places like china, who believe that even though we might use our military to secure symbiosis border, we cannot use it to secure our own southern or northern border in this country. Who believe that we apologize for our modern way of life. Those are the two sides. I think it is important to see this. I am seeing this with full clarity. There is no no ground in that divide. Either you believe in american exceptionalism or you believe in apologizing. If the you believe in meritocracy or you believe in Group Quarters. There is no having both of them. That is the choice. This is our time and moment, as reagan said, our moment today, our moment of choosing. The good news i have for yall is that i have traveled this country, i have been to a majority of states in this union. And i can tell you with conviction that most of us, easily more than 80 in this country are on the same side of this, believing in the ideals of our country. And many people younger than me, who never learned to those ideals in the first place, were going to bring them along. That is the good news. But the bad news is that the other side, that french minority, is still winning this war. Fringe minority, is still winning this war. The question now is why. Its a complicated story. They dont tell it on the campaign trail, semper fi it and dumb it down, thats what i get from the Political Consultants. Im not going to listen to them tonight. Going to get to the truth. Im going to get to where this began in the full of 2007, when i got my first job out of college at a Financial Firm in new york city on the people of the 2008 financial crisis. That was very interesting. A good expanse to learn from as a young person. What happened was that a bunch of banks took a bunker bunch of risks that they should not have taken and we our taxpayer money, this is not a republican or democrat story, its far deeper than that. A Republican Administration used our taxpayer money to bail out those big banks. And in response, there was backlash from the left, occupy wall street, if youre going to play that crony capitalist game then we are going to occupy wall street and take money from wealthy corporate fat cats and reduce free distributed to poor people. Agree or not, thats what the old left had to say. Around that time, right around that same time, at the birth of this new fringe strand of the left, the real problem in this company is not given country is not economic injustice or poverty, its Racial Injustice. And misogyny and bigotry and Climate Change. Think about this. If youre wall street, occupy wall street is the stuff a tough pill to swallow. But this new book stuff is pretty easy. You applaud diversity and conclusion, you put minorities on your board, you moves about the impact of Climate Change after you fly in a private jet to cabo. They did not do it for free. Thats the key part. They effectively expected the new left to look the other way when it came to their own Corporate Power staying intact as long as they put occupy wall street up for adoption. That was an arranged marriage not like mine, mine worked out, this was not an arranged marriage out of love. More like mutual prostitution, actually. And in the net result of that act was the birth of this new woke Industrial Complex which was a merger of state power and Corporate Power which together could do neither could do on its own. And it works so well for wall street that around the same time it was happening in Silicon Valley. The old version of breakup big tech used to come from the left. Those in Silicon Valley said wait a second, we can use our monopoly power to censor hate speech or misinformation as you define it and we wont do it for free. We expect the new left to look the other way when it comes to leaving our monopoly power intact. That trade worked masterfully to both sides. It starts to explain more and more, if youre willing to listen lift the curtain a little bit. Cocacola used to get hit by the left for its impact on diabetes and obesity in the black trinity. Now theyre going to spout off about new voting laws in georgia that make us sound like a super pac rather than a soft remanufacture. We want to train our employees on how to be less white. We want the new left to look the other way when we continue to sell cocacola to those black kids they dashed festa care so much about. Now you see it everywhere. Look at what happened in the last couple of years with k12 education, locking down our schools. Failing to teach children in the inner cities across our country for two years how to read and write and do math in the schools that they shut down, even as wealthier private schools magically remained opened and everybody stayed healthy. What did they start saying last year . Math is racist. Im not making that up, two plus two equals one, that is not racist. What is inequitable is failing to teach those children how to do that for two years because of a job perk to a bunch of teachers unions that wanted the schools lockdown. They blue woke smoke to deflect accountability for their own failure, hurting the people that they purport to help. I graduated in 07, ima melinda. You go through that, get your degree, youre going to get ahead with calls, the American Dream paid off. Some people have not paid off the debt, but they learned victimhood narrative and ways to explain your suffering so that you hate the country instead of acknowledging who screwed you over. Its the truth. Once you see, you cannot unseal. Its pervasive, its everywhere in american life. Our military. People wonder where that came from. 3 trillion spent from iraq to have afghanistan. Thousands of innocent american lives sacrificed to what end . The taliban is still in charge in afghanistan. We still have an antiamerican regime in charge in iraq which is vulnerable to iranian incursion antiseek see what is happening with hamas, has this been good for us . No it has not. In some ways, it will take a member of my generation, from the 08 crisis to our failing military to the way we treat teach our young kids, it will take someone from a different generation to see what is going on. Mark milley, he doesnt want to talk about that. He will talk about white rage and systemic racism, deflecting accountability from the left, the left was the one that was against the iraq war and the afghanistan war. I was against it then. Its not a partisan principle today. That gets back to that mystery story, how is this french antiamerican minority winning this war in our country when a majority of us love this country and will stand for our National Ideals . It is the swamp. In every sphere of our life, not just the swamp and government, the swamp does not just live in government, it is from Corporate America to wall street to Silicon Valley to k12 education, through College Education to our own darn military which has propped up this woke agenda as a deflection mechanism, woke smoke, to cover up their own failures. That is the first reason why this fringe minority is managing to win the war, because the managerial class in charge of every one of our institutions found a use for the antiamericanism. Somebody else showed up on the scene and saw what was happening and said you know what, we have a chance to turn this arranged marriage, this bilateral affair into a three party affair. That is the communist party of china. Im going to ask you to follow this. They understand this game far more deeply than we do. We need to understand it. Xi jinping, when he is pressed, by other nations about the weaker human rights or your human rights crisis. When there are millions of minorities enslaved and forced into sterilization and indoctrination and worse. What is the first thing he says, according to his translator . Listen carefully, what does he say. Black lives matter shows that the United States is no better. This is not an accident. His top diplomat came a year or two ago, based off of tony blinken, the puppet of the secretary of state that we have, and stares him down and lectures him for 15 minutes about how china wants to see the u. S. Do better on human rights and that china wants to see the u. S. Stop slaughtering, his word, slaughtering black americans. This would be laughable if not for the fact that our own companies and universities and educational institutions and even our own military land implicit credibility to those claims. Disney, what do they do. We can film in georgia if they pass an antiabortion lot. We can do business in florida if they pass a good parental rights piece. But they go a couple years ago to film milan, in china, ground zero of the greatest human rights atrocities committed by a major nation since the third reich of germany. They dont say a people about it until the end of the movie, you can see it where we say we think the local authorities for allowing us to film here. Lebron james cannot stand with hong kong but we are talking about Racial Injustice here about nike, spouting out about slavery to under 50 years ago without doing a thing to reduce their own reliant reliance on slave labor some to black children who cannot afford books for school. Black rock applying admission caps to chevron and exxon that they would not dare apply to petro china, theyll say close the door on your way out. It comes down to money, actually. China built the great wall. The great chinese wall that says you cannot enter the Chinese Market if you criticized the ccp or apply animations cap to a chinese company. If you do the same things in the United States, they will roll out the red carpet. Women mistake, this is not a republican or democrat story. It is a bipartisan mistake dating back to the 1990s. Where we thought we could export big macs and happy meals and somehow that widespread democracy to places like china. We thought that we could use our money, our investment, to get them to be more like us. What they realized is one step better than that. They thought they could use access to their money to get us to be more like them. Its one step worse than that. They realized they could use our money to get us to be more like them. And it has worked massively. What does that do, that erodes our greatest geopolitical asset of all. That is not our own nuclear arsenal. That is our moral standing on the global stage by equating chinese nihilism with american idealism. I told her, maybe now you understand why, this is not a story that Political Consultants encouraged me to take on the campaign trail. Dumb it down, i cant done that down. Im sorry. This is a complicated story for how we got to where we are. The two reasons why the other side is winning the war is that the managerial class of this country and the ccp abroad has used that antiamerican spirit in a fringe minority in the United States to propped that up to advance their own goals, and it is working. The question for how we move forward tonight is how what the heck do we do about it . You cannot win a war unless you know that you are in one. And it takes a commander in understands that deeply. Not so but who is going to come in here and spout partisan slogans they are used to reading for teleprompters. Im not saying any individual, im talking about this country, that is what is going to take in the next commanderinchief, somebody who understands the why. I take my inspiration from the likes of Ronald Reagan he was my hero. Why is he my hero, not because of his policies, i love his policies. But he was somebody who did not recite something he memorized 40 years ago as a slogan. He understood what he needed to do in his era. In his era, congress was a major problem. Government regulations. Cut taxes. Lift off the regular tory state, unleash an era of prosperity whose fruits we continue to enjoy to this day. That is why he is my hero. But my favorite republican of all time is not Ronald Reagan. Its abraham lincoln. Actually. Who, in the middle of his war, 160 years ago exactly, famously said that the dogmas of the quiet past are inadequate to the stormy present. And i say today that the dogmas of 1980 are inadequate to address the unique challenges that we face today. The real threats are not in congress, they are on the Administrative State. Its not the ussr, it does not exist, its the ccp, who we depend on. The threats are different, and we need new solutions for our new moment and it will take a new generation to lead us there. That is what were going to talk about. Where we go from here, with a new generation of leadership to actually get us there. The first dirty little secret, and the federal government, is that the people who we elect to run the government are no longer the ones who actually run the government. That means that we need to get in there, take that Fourth Branch of government, that administrative shadow government and three letter agencies and finally shut it down. This is how you get in there and actually drain the swamp. For me, this is more than a talking point, how do we do it. If i cant be your next president for more than eight years, which i think is a good thing, by the way. Neither should those federal bureaucrats who are reporting into me either. Eight year term limits for the bureaucracy instead of Civil Service protections. That is how you drain the swamp. And and the corruption. And no lobbying for 10 years until after you leave as well. When there are Government Agencies that should not or no longer exist, from the fbi to the atf to the cdc to the Nuclear Regulatory commission to the u. S. Department of education , we are not going to put figureheads on top and say figure it out. We have to be willing to get in there and actually shot them down. That is how you revive the integrity of a Constitutional Republic. 75 headcount reduction amongst the federal bureaucrats in washington dc. Rescind a majority of the unconstitutional recollections that failed the supreme courts test in the last year with West Virginia versus epa. Put people back to work instead of using taxpayer money to pay them more to stay at home. Lets draw, frack, burn coal, embrace Nuclear Energy. This is how you revive the lifeblood of this country, by getting the Administrative State out of the way. These are not black ideas are wet ideas are republican or democrat ideas. These are fundamentally american ideas that we fought a revolution to secure. When we declared independence from a foreign power abroad that we dependent on in this country for our modern way of life. Where does that leave us today . The declaration of independence of our century is our declaration of independence from communist china. We cannot depend on our enemies for the shoes on her feet to the phones in our pockets. We are in a codependent relationship. Those do not end well. The only question is who ends at first. The sooner we ended, the better for us, the longer we wait, the better for them. Now. We have to get specific, beyond slogans. I am grateful and have been saying this for the last couple of years, and i mean it, gratitude is what i feel when i see others in the Republican Party beginning to embrace this message with seriousness. We have a scratch beneath the surface. The first step to declaring independence from china is to declare independence from the claimant culture. Here at home. That is actually one of the constraints that china is using. To put us in a straitjacket. I can prove that to you. I meet a lot of good, young, earnest people. I was in New England College yesterday, felt like a long time ago. There was a protester outside, we invited him in. Young People Struggle with being a bit, but until they understand and open their eyes and see what is actually going on, the reason i said that the Climate Change and get agenda is a farce, a hoax, is because it has nothing to do with the climate. And everything to do with letting china catch up to the United States in the name of global equity. I can prove that to you. Think about it. Why are the same people who are opposed to Carbon Emissions in the United States perfectly fine with shifting those same Carbon Emissions to places like china . Last time i checked, it was Global Warming that we were supposed to address. If you want to go one way deeper, if you ascribe to this bizarre cult, the sixth commandment says that methane leakage is 80 times worse for Global Warming than carbon dioxide. Methane is worse in china that it is in the United States. But doesnt that make any sense. Take about this. Why are the same people who are opposed to Carbon Emissions also opposed to Nuclear Energy . The best known form of Carbon Free Energy production known to mankind. I will tell you why. Ive been studying this for the last two years. Its because Nuclear Energy might be too good at actually solving the alleged problem. Because then what do you do . If you ask resolve the problem . And guess which country has there is one country that has an agenda for come the latest generation of nuclear reactors, of course its china. Because we have a hostile regime in the United States, and a Regulatory Commission that wont allow new Nuclear Power plants. I stand by what i said that we have to abandon the hoax of the claimant called in this country because it is all about letting china advance. Thats just the beginning. The phones in our pockets, the lights shining in my face, the refrigerator that kept the water cold, powered by semiconductors from a tiny nation off the southeast coast of china, taiwan, which makes those leading edge semiconductors. We depend on them for our modern way of life. We have to declare independence because when china invades taiwan and we are given and we are giving them more incentive, and they will have a gun to our heads. I refuse to have the ccps arnett. Semiconductor independence. They should not be a democrat or a publican issue. Its a fundamentally american declaration of independence. Thats what Thomas Jefferson would have signed if he were alive today. Pharmaceutical independence. I want you to stay with me on this one. I met with parents, including in New Hampshire, and in other places. Who have lost their kids to the fentanyl epidemic. But it was not just an overdose. We call it an overdose, not quite. A 17yearold kid took a percocet he bought on snapchat, which was, unknown to him, laced with fentanyl. Died on the spot thereafter. That comes from, of all places, wuhan, china. To the mexican drug cartels, who are using that to pump fentanyl across the southern border in a onesided opium war. Youre telling me that this same country that places are illegal pharmaceutical supply chain with fentanyl, the same country that unleashed hell on the world with a manmade, lab created virus, that cause the death of hundreds of thousands of americans, that is the country that provides the ingredients in 95 of our overthecounter pharmaceuticals , ibuprofen and your medicine cabinet, what are they going to do when we are in a conflict scenario . Exactly what you think. Even worse than that. We depend on them for our entire Defense Industrial base in this country country. 35 fighter jets in the United States, and a bunch of other military equipment, requiring parts that come from china. The electric vehicle called, we depend on batteries from them, why do they love electric vehicle advancement, why do they love our military, lockheed and raytheon continue to grow and contracts they provide they are provided, raytheon is on record saying that we cannot make u. S. Military equipment if its not for china. Think with me. Why are we stockpiling military equipment if not to protect ourselves against a potential adversary in a conflict . If we are in that conflict, they will be providing parts to the jets that have a reason to fight back. That is the declaration of independence our moment. So you think about the two threats to domestically. Managerial class, the administer state in china. Declare independence from each of them. Shut them down. Thats how we actually win this war in the country. Its not complicated. This is not complex but it is hard and it is not easy. So what does that mean . How are we going to get it done . The first ingredient is you have to know youre in a war to win one. The second thing, this is important, this is why we are here in the next few months. This is why New Hampshire is the first in the nation primary. We have to pick the right generals, the right commanderinchief who is going to win that war and actually lead us to victory. It has to be a commanderinchief who recognizes that we are in a war in the first place. That leaves only a really small handful of candidates left in this race. And i think further a lot of good people in this race bookpeople tainted by a bat and corrupt system. It has to be somebody that cant be bought off by that system. But most importantly of all i think its going to take somebody who has not yet been wounded in that war. Somebody of a different generation that has fresh legs, that can reach the next generation, and bring those americans who never learned those ideals along with us to revive that missing National Pride in our country. Thats going to be in the missing ingredient to actually our success in winning victory in this war. 60 of Young Americans say they would sooner give up their right to vote than to give up their access to tiktok. Not making that up. 25 recruitment deficit in the u. S. Military last year. This is thehe stuff of national decline in lesser do something about it. I think every 12thgraders who graduate from high school should have to pass the same civics test that every immigrant had to pass in order to become a voting citizen of this country. Youve got to have skin in the game to play in that game. You got to know something about a country. You cant just passively inherit it. The problem with my generation, ill tell you whats going on if you want to get the bottom of it. Im a 38yearold born in 1985. Its true people my age and younger i think true of all of us we are hungry for a cause. We are starved for purpose and meaning, and identity at a time in our National History when the things that used to fill that void, faith in god, patriotism, belief in country, hard work, belief in self, family. These things have disappeared and that leaves a black hole in our hearts. When you have a black hole that runs that deep, that is when the poison fills the void. Nk it holds, doesnt matter what the poison is actually. Wokeism got transgenderism, climate chisholm, covidism, global is him got depression, anxiety, fit, suicide. These are symptoms of a deeper void of purpose and meaning. We hunger to be part of something bigger than ourselves, that we cannot even answer what it means to be an american. What does it mean to be an american d today . Means we believe in the ideals of the american revolution, we believe in ideals like meritocracy and the pursuit of excellence, but you do get ahead in this country not on the color of yourr skin but on the content of your character and your contributions. That is what we will end affirmative action and racebased quotas through american life. It is been a cancer on our National Soul and were done with it. What does he need to be an american . Means we believe in the rule of law, and to see this as a kid of legal immigrants pick that is why first act of entering this country cannot break the law. We willk use on military not jt on our southern border but on our northern border, too. I do feel that after going there today. That is what it means to be an american. Means we believe we the people create a government that is accountable to us not the other way around, but we settle our differences in a Constitutional Republic where every citizens voice and vote counts equally. Nottu in the back house and hals and old world england are not on the back of black rocks cornwall office did not on the back of three letter Government Agencies buildings in washington, d. C. That is what it means to be an american. Most of us are united around these ideas. Actually believe it. Most of us in this room are. Thats why youre here making. Its not just those of us in this room. I think mostos of you believe tt your neighbors even here in keene and your classmates, and your colleagues, and the parents of your kids classmates also share these ideals in common. I thinknk we believe that but we are not quite sure anymore because we dont feel free to talk about it in the open. Thats really how we fix this. Thats what this campaign is about. You want to know how well were doing as the country . The best measure ofin americas health, its not the never green pieces of paper in a bank accounts. Its important is that the most important thing though. Its not the number of ballots recast. Every november. This is a final act at the end of the process. It is the percentage of people who feel free to say what we actually think in public. Right now we are doing poorly. Were going to do better in this country but its going to be because all of i us not just me allll of us start to speak that truth in the open again. That isat what this campaign is about. Speak the truth not just when it is easy but when it is hard. Speakwh the truth with a spine, with respect but without apology. Thats what were doing tonight. God is real. There are two genders, fossil fuels our requirement for human prosperity. Reverse racism is racism. An open border is not a border. Parents determine the education of their children. The Nuclear Family is a greatest form of governance known to mankind. Capitalism lifts us up fromca poverty. There are three branches of government, not four. And the u. S. Constitution is a strongest and greatest guarantor atof freedom in human history. That is the truth. We fight for the truth. We stand up for the truth that is what one is the american revolution. That is what reunited as after the civil war. That is what one as two world wars, and the cold war. That is whatd still gives hope o the free world. And if we can revive that dream over Group Identity and victimhood and grievance, and nobody in the world, not a nation, not a corporation, not a virus is going to defeat us here that is what american exceptionalism is all about and that is what we together will revive to save our great nation. Thank you all. God bless you. God bless your families. And god bless our United States of america. Thank you. [applause] thank you. Thank you. Thank you. He suggested that i take some questions. We have time for maybe three questions or so. Driving to laconia tonight after this, but i like the view is better in the daytime. So may take a couple questions and then well wrap up. Anybody have a question . Yes. Radical islam is still a problem. How would you handle that as president with whats going on over in israel, i see our closest ally. Was i agree with you. So the problemyo the dirty litte secret is we are funding hamas. That is the dirty little truth. I recoil at the idea that our taxpayer dollars are going to find not only foreign actors and dont advance american interests but that are fundamentally hostile to american interests and those of our allies, that 6 billion ransom payment was just a product of weakness to iran. Iran in the deal says theyre only going to use it for humanitarian purposes as the money is not fungible. If you put in this bucket that opens up more money over there to give thomas, that is the committee i think a human rights atrocity. This is medieval, barbaric going after innocent civilians including children. It is wrong. And so the problem is when america is weak at home, that is what sends a signal to everybody else abroad whether its the illegal invaders at her own southern border or our northern border or those of our adversaries in places like iran to china which is a worse adversary of all. It will take a president with a spine not just a willynilly say will go towards because we feel like it. No, we made that mistake before were not doing that. But we will stand for our treaty allies, stand for this country, we will stand for National Values the most Important National security. And you know what . When you have a president with a spine and the other side know they cant act of the weighty are now it is pathetic and it will end on my watch. Thank you for that. I appreciate it. Right appear to the young man. Hello. Im just wondering how, while taking on the administered state how doo you plan on leveraging your power as the executive to build up the future of Nuclear Power . Great question. So you actually reminded me of a good plan i didnt hit in my speech,t which is most of what im telling you i can get done as the leader of the executive branch of the government. Now call the of the things i to do. I want a 12 flat tax across the board for all americans. Ordinary income,x capital gain, corporate, estate, flat. Get to makege page taxco return. I want to get but the recitals boman tom talk about that with you all got either great vision for reforming and a living efficiency of health care in this country. I come from that industry. We need congress. I cant look you in the eye and tell you in good conscience exact what im going to do because depends on congress to come along. Imm not going to make you that promise. But the things were talked about here reforming the administered state that much i know i can get done. Somebody works for you and m you cant fire them, that means they dont work for you. Itit means you work for them because you are responsible for whatns they do without any authority change it. It takes a ceo in the white house. How are you addressing our National Debt . Zerobased budgeting. Start with zero as the baseline and then asked what is actually necessary instead of starting with last years budget. As a relates to Nuclear Energy, the Nuclear Regulatory commission, another through the agency, nrc, is funnel hostile to building new Nuclear Power plant in the United States. To give you guys some facts here i dont like just slogans, so just a layer deeper. Before the nrc jews to take about five years to build a new Nuclear Power plant in the u. S. Its about that pace today in places like japan, france is five to eight years. After the Nuclear Regulatory commission came into existence and all the permitting, literally the average time now is 2540 years. Why is that long . Because a new Nuclear Power plant has not been built since the nrc came into existence. They are fundamentally hostile to the existence. Safety, some fringe a safety risk. Heres the irony. The Nuclear Power plants that are operating in this country arjun two that predated the Nuclear Regulatory commission. Jen june 3 and 4 save it. The onlyin country with the jen four. Same plann to shut down fbi. That whiskers a lot of people. A little extreme, is in the . Not quite actually. To get practical about the how. The fbi is a source of great corruption the same agency that threaten Martin Luther king, jr. With suicide over improperly collected tapes. Now calls parents who show up at School Board Meetings the mastic terrorists. One way to rid that corruption position the institution down as if we should. Its just the j. Edgar hoover building of the fbi but this is practical. When not only address the corruption we improve effectiveness because the clear plan withe offered is 35,000 employees of the fbi, 20,000 our back office in the j. Edgar hoover building. Those of what you need to go fight on his work in the private sector but 15,000, its just the truth. We also have more job openings that where people looking for work so we might have two for one right there. I believe in a economy in solving problems but 15,000 of them are agents on the front lines. Who are doing good work but are constrained at the fbi. Moved into the u. S. Marshals which is been better at taking on child trafficking. Moved into the financial crunch of force that network at the u. S. Treasury which have been better at taking on financial crimes. When they have greater specialization. So its not an either or as new page with the Nuclear Regulatory commission of the fbi and say you would give up safety in return for this. The problem is these agencies are neither doing their job nor are they shutting themselves down. Its the worst of all worlds and that takes some and come from the outside. Its not going to take a super pac puppet who is going up within that system, really bought and paid for by special interests in both parties. Thats not going to happen. It has to take somebody coming from the outside but also an outsider who knows the laws of the country. What they told trump was you couldnt do it. They stopped in. They said you cant fire people because of these civilservice protections. Read thevi law. Those only apply to individual employee firings. They do not apply to mass layoffs and mass layoffs are absolutely what i am bringing to the d. C. Bureaucracy. New generation to lead us forward. Thank you. Made the last question over here. Last one and then we were wrapped. You have been referred to as the younger better looking donaldg trump. How would you distinguish herself . How would you distinction some as an outsider . He was an outsider and didnt accomplish everything. The Republican Party let himou hang out of there. A few things about this. I said this on the debate stage and i stand by. I think he was an excellent president. I think was the best president of the 21st century. I judge you based on results. I dont know if thats in my if thats what you help me win this election when he is this far ahead right now but i going to speak the truth in every step of the way. I believe were not going to win this election and i will tell you why. I respect his legacy and as president i will respect his legacy more than any other candidate will out of the monday morning quarterback content are some things that anybody got human things, were all going to do things wrong. Im not going to nitpick at the 10 of things i would attentively because its easy to do from armchair monday morning quarterback position. I will honor his legacy more than any of the candidate will because its the right thing to do but we will move this nation forward in part because i do have something that he doesnt. I am you. I i am a member of a different generation. And i think were going to have to reach and move that nextgeneration if we really going to revise this country. Thats a real difference. Theres a reason why our country was born the wait was. I think we live in 1776 moment right now. The Positive Side of that thats a a special time to be alive. Imagine being alive in the spring of 1776, get to start from scratch on what a nation is built on. I think were in one of those moments today. Thomas jefferson he was 33 when he wrote the declaration of independence. Unbelievable. Right . Im an old man by comparison. He actually funny story about Thomas Jefferson, he invented the swivel chair while he was writing the declaration of independence. What we sit on today . We dont do this in this country anymore. Angevin Franklin Company signer of the deck which met invented the bifocal spectacles, the franklin stove, a remedy for the common cold. Youre not an expert, youre not trying to do that. Go get an occupational license. They dont do that in that era, right . Thats the spirit were going to need e to revise and to think is going to take somebody whose best days are still ahead in life. I hope, i dont take that for granted but at 38, i hope they are. Somebody whose best days are still ahead in life to see a country whose best days are still ahead of itself. I think that is a real difference when we think about how we lead this nation forward. I appreciate that question. We are getting the time to choose this coming upon us quickly enters what i will say in closing is this. Maybe just to pick up on that theme. Ill leave these final reflections with you all. Maybe that generation is one that teaches us that we are a nation in decline, that we are at the end of the ancient roman empire. All we have left is to fight over the scraps of a shrinking e. Pie. I dont think we have to be that nation in decline. Ancient rome. I think as a nation, we are all really just a little young. Actually. Going through our own version of adolescence. Who were really going to be when we grow up. And when you view it that way makes sense again. And when you go through your adolescence, you go through that identity crisis, you lose your way a little bit. You lose your selfconfidence, do some things that you regret. Most of us did. I did. But were stronger for it when we get to our adulthood on the other side. So, no, i dont think we have to be that nation in decline. I think we are still a nation in our ascent. Maybe the early stages of our ascent. Maybe were not even at base camp on our way to that shining city on a hill. To that country where we can tell our kids in good conscience that the United States of america is still the nation on gods green earth no matter who you are or where your parents came from or what your skin color is or how long your last name is in cases. [laughter] that you get ahead in this country with your own hard work, your own commitment, your own dedication and that you know what . You are free to speak your minds at every step of the way. That is the American Dream. That is what we are running to. And with your help, and i really mean that, with your help, thats what were going to revive to save our great country. A guy like me couldnt do this if New Hampshire didnt go first. No chance, forget about it. It would all be decided between 30second tv ads and reading from the same scripts. And politics would be ride couldnt talk about what was in the ad and whoever has the super pac spends the most money, if thats the way we do elections in this country. But its not. You all do the first primary for a reason, and im counting on you. My goal is to have everybody in the state know who we are. I say we because its our family, who we are and what we stand for and if after knowing all of that, you all want to go for somebody else, we are deeply at peace with that. But were not getting through via tv or social media, its not happening. Thats why were here, were counting on you to make the right choice for our country because we dont have a lot of time left, but ill tell you this, if you all do believe that our best days can still be ahead of us. If you all believe in the vision for the country that we talked about tonight, that i will ask you, our teams in the back, a group of voters, a group of teammates, in reviving this country, if you all sign up with us, joining us, make the phone call, spread the message about what this country was founded on, doesnt have to be about me, make it about our country. If you all do your part, i promise you, me and my family, we will do ours and, yes, our nations best days will still yet be ahead of us. Thank you. God bless you. And god bless our country. Thank you. Thank you. [applause] thank you, guys. Thank you, thank you. [applause] im here mother. Oh, thank you for that. In politics. Maybe you can help us here. Maybe. I go back a long way. Under no circumstances can putin be allowed to win that, got to work on that. Here is what i say, im the only person that offered a deal that would allow sovereignty intact. And the region, they havent been represented in the Ukrainian Parliament since 2014 and dont see themselves as part of ukraine and my idea it putin doesnt see them as part of ukraine. And the people there for a long time havent been represented in the ukraine government. Here is the thing i would say, were on the same side putin is an evil dictator. I worry were driving them further into chinas hands and if we can prevent that let china have them because theyre bankrupt. There are Nuclear Weapons they have hypersonic missiles that its a good discussion. I really appreciate that. Thank you. [inaudible conversations] thank you for being a voice for us. Thank you. [applause] how are you doing, 2024 g. O. P. President ial contenders have blamed biden for hamas attacks on israel and several have claimed that the u. S. Funded the attacks as a result of the Prisoner Exchange with iran, but the white house says that the six billion unfrozen iranian assets have not been sent and only used for humanitarian. What say you . I think the response from the white house is a joke. Money is fungible. Think about it, if youre somebody who just got 6 billion, even reserved for purposes you were otherwise allocating the dollars you can use those dollars for other uses so i think that the American People are smarter than to fall for that deflection because money a fungible, that makes that a lie and i think its shameful that u. S. Taxpayers are indirectly paying or directly, paying hostage ransom money to iran to turn inaudible do you say that the president , israel has a right to defend hits self, do you have a response to how biden has responded today . I think we should more strongly and affirmatively back israel in our strong verbal condemnation of what has happened and also say what should be obvious, that deserves to be said. Israel has a right to its own land and its own sovereignty, that should not be breached by these, im going to call them what they are, terrorist actors. And i think that biden could be stronger. I think its shameful that biden did not meet with bibi, but a direct dialog would be inaudible take a look at what is going to best foster debate in our party. I think the second debate was totally useless. I do not think that it serves the voters well so im looking at how are we going to be able to best inform voters and communicate with voters. Ive qualified for it so im certainly qualified and looking forward to the next productive debate that we have amongst candidates in the g. O. P. That serve voters, and im hopeful that the rnc does a better job in making sure that we are informing the voters than just depressing debates among candidates. I think its very disappointing what they did when fox called me to spar with chris christie. I deeply disagree with that man. We have deep disagreements on a lot of things, but i fail to see how the voters are better served when the party squashes that kind of debate, especially applying duplicitous standards, to have some on the same network that invited me, thats wrong. And i think that the superpac im an outsider on the race and i think that many in the establishment dont want to see me in this race. Too bad. Do the events of today impact your views on inaudible my views have been badly mischaracterized by other candidates in this race. Ive been consistent in every step. We will not end aid to israel until israel tells us they are ready for it. Now, people say, well, isnt that a ridiculous thing to say . What nation would say theyre going to end aid. The one nation thats our true friend and ally led by bibi in the 90s told us that when it came to civilian aid. Our relationship with israel is based on candor. By the end of my first term, we will have a shared objective to make sure that iran never ever becomes nuclearequipped and well help lead the Abraham Accords to the next level. I call it 2. 0. I think that right now, what we need to do is stand firmly in our support of israel and i think that israel has both the moral high ground as well as the responsibility to the fullest extent needed to defend itself and i think that the u. S. Should stop funding directly or indirectly organizations in a hostile to israel inaudible ive qualified for the next debate and thinking how we best serve the voter for more free speech in the parties and not suppressing it. Im keeping an open mind to the best way to advance those goals. Thank you, guys. I did not buy a house in New Hampshire. Would . Did i buy a house in New Hampshire . Did you. I didnt buy a house. Where did you get that . What i did say, when i leave the white house and thinking where we might live, i quipped maybe in New Hampshire. Its news. Its rumored that you were going to move to New Hampshire. And i think i quipped, what would i do after i left the white house, and post white house, ill still be a young person, but no plans to leave ohio soon until we move into the white house. Thank you, guys. Thank you. Thank you, guys. [inaudible conversations] spent a lot of time in iowa and New Hampshire. Thank you. Appreciate it, yeah.
