Last night i was thinking of so many things in terms of the humanity of all people in our country, and i was thinking about time. Time is such an important commodity, the most important commodity, most finite commodity. The time it takes to make the changes necessary. Its long overdue to make some of that change people are calling up for. I was thinking of the book of ecclesiastics and in it the talk about the time is everything. The time [inaudible] he talks about the time to heal, talks about the time [inaudible] the time for peace. Lets focus on the time to heal. The time to heal your we have had the president calling commanderinchief, president of united states, a responsibility to keep. [inaudible] president george w. Walker bush said the following. [inaudible] Law Enforcement officials cannot place themselves above the law that they are sworn to defend. [inaudible] president obama said after the murder of eric garner, right now unfortunately we are seeing to instances where people just do not have confidence [inaudible] in some cases and its incumbent upon all of us as americans regardless of race, religion, faith, we recognize this is an american problem and not just a back problem or brown problem. This is an american problem when anybody in this country is not being treated equally under the law. That is a problem. I do want to [inaudible] fire borrowing cars, burning down businesses and will destroy thousands of lives. [inaudible] it happened for all the world to see. Not only by the perpetrator but by three officers observing. So its time, its time for us to address, and thats why the concerns that were being expressed by the protesters. This is not a single incident. We know the patterns of behavior. We also know the history that takes thats why im so proud to work with congressional black caucus. The important work they are doing, has been doing overtime and now are ready to move forward with legislation whether its to end racial profiling or some of the other, i never a piece of legislation, Police Brutality being part of that but racial profiling being such a universal affliction that we must get rid of. So it would be making the recommendations, they will be their town halls, their feelings. Of course to take the time to heal but we are looking to them for their and the leadership in general of legislation. [inaudible] and deeply concerned about all of this working with their members who have many ledges and proposals. I look to them to prioritize them. Some of the members want to have a comprehensive bill. Others an individual approach. But in just a matter of a short period of time those decisions will be made and i think the American People will do well served. [inaudible] yesterday we saw the most unfortunate situation where before the curfew the time of the curfew occurred peaceful demonstrators, protesters in front of the white house were beaten, some people came up and beat them so they could for the president could come out and go forward. What is that . That is no place a time to heal, to focus. Thank you all very much.
