Im not aware of any specific announcer for that position at this time but if one happens we will certainly make sure you are aware of it. Now the other question is regarding the appointment of direct or mulvaney with the simultaneous president ial appointment it seems a little odd as this has not been done according to many accounts before world war i. We are in an administration that likes to break new ground, john. The last time was before world war i and the secretary of treasury was the first chairman of the fed. Whose i whose idea was this to give a dual position to the director . The president felt like he was the right person to lead the agency and he made that decision decision. As far as reform does he see this as an opportunity to push congressional. Reporter the agency . I believe consumers should be led that someone in there who actually wants to fight for consumers and not their own political ambitions as we have seen with the previous leadership which will be a different change under director mulvaney. David. Senator al franken has that there may be more women coming forward. He said there might be more to do what point does the person condemn it and how many accusations does it take before al franken is resigned and is he holding back . What the president is not going to weigh in on every single matter like this. Every single day we have people from the media, from hollywood, from members of congress that have allegations brought against them and we think they should go through a due process and that something senator franken should be the one to address and not for the president to weigh in every single time one of these accusations comes up. There should be a process that we go through and we want to make sure thats completed. According to the excess hollywood tape, that has been litigated. The president also addressed at the time. You think the fact that the present has been elected means the women who have accused him in the past of misconduct are wrong . I think the president is very clear that he denies any of those allegations. Following up on you saying that the cfpb can you point to specific cases where the cfpb did not act to .
