First in the nation leadership summit the in New Hampshire. Please welcome perry johnson. [applause] well hello everyone i am perry johnson, and i am running for president of the United States. I am probably the most hated guy in washington. We sit here and we have to recognize that we have this dark cloud over the world right now. Because we have what is going on in israel. And it is so sad that we have genocide, we have children getting slaughtered, we have women and men getting murdered, and we have a tragedy that is beyond description. Thank god we have the United States. Because we have to be the pillar of strength in the world. [applause] we have to recognize that the world depends upon us. We are the one Unifying Force of all democracies, and we are the leader of the free world. And we as the leader of the free world must show strength. I am going to ask you right now, do you think we are showing strength in our Leadership Today . When you have a president that cannot remember where he is, a president that has trouble finding a handshake because he doesnt know where the hand is, i would say we are in serious trouble. And we do not exemplify strength. It is because of that that the world is in more turmoil than it has been at any time that i can remember in my lifetime. And this is something that has to change. Now i know that it is impossible for you to ever vote for anyone unless you know something about their back round. You have to know something about the candidate. I might as well tell you something about me. I am a guy that grew up in a middleclass family. I had two of the most wonderful parents in the world, my dad was a pilot in world war ii, my mother wasnt was a nurse in the army. They meant at a new years party which was the biggest break in my life. I would not be here today. From the beginning of time, they told me that one of the greatest gifts anyone can ever be given is to be born in an an american. If you are born an american you have already won the lottery. [applause] when you are born an american, you have that opportunity. And that i believed in all my heart from the beginning of time. When i was little i was a boy scout. Some of my fondest memories were going out fishing with my dad. We were very close. I ended up becoming an eagle scout, thought that was a great a compliment of my life. But the thing that it instilled upon thee was the importance of integrity, honor and that in this world you can be anything you want. As long as you are born in america, the world is yours depending on how hard you want to work and how much effort you want to put forth. Well i parents did not have the money to send me to college but i worked in the steel mill and i got into graduate school. It was a little tougher, i was getting eviction notices on a regular basis. Had my gas shut off, my electricity shut off but i got through that. And i landed a job in the 1980s in the auto industry. That was a time when the japanese had come in with tremendous quality. Back then, they were killing us, they had a better quality car and they made it for less money. And we used to have inspectors at the end of the line, if the product was no good they would either throw it out or rework it. But i knew that was not going to work. I thought i knew how to solve the problem. My background was mathematics. I went into the auto industry, started my first company, and we would go in there and introduce statistical methods. Back then we did not have computers to do the work, i had to teach the people on the line how to make a control chart. They look at variation, i knew if we ironed out the variation, eventually we would not need to the inspectors. And in four or five years we have the best quality in the world. And then i said to myself, why not a standard for quality . We have a standard for everything else. And i wrote a book. I dont know if any of you have heard of it. But thats me. I wrote that book and by golly, we now do business in 61 countries now in the world. I have been bringing quality and efficiency to companies that will last for the last 35 years. I am going to ask you a simple question, do you think the federal government has quality and efficiency now . It is the most and Efficient Organization on the planet. I will let you know right now, i wrote a book on a plan on how to solve our problem. And the rnc hates me. They hate me in washington. Because i want to take their power away. They get all of their power because they get all of their money and every penny of their budget is spent every year. They go out of their way to make sure that every year they are broke. Can you imagine running a company like that . Where every single year you make sure you are broke at the end of the year . Please make sure we are broke. That is what our government does. That is why we are now 33 trillion in debt. We have these debates that go on. I had extra qualifying polls, but they would not let me go on the debate. They gave me a call and homely they are disqualifying the polls. They dont want me. What do you do . You continue to fight. And you say to yourself, washington is going out of its way to go broke. I want you to recognize how bad it is. We are now 33 trillion in debt. We collect 3. 9 trillion in taxes. We are so far in debt that it is costing every household in america 610 a month in interest. One time we were borrowing money at under 1 . The cost for 33 trillion it is a rounding error. We are borrowing now at an average of 5 . Thats 1. 65 trillion. The bottom line is, the economy is the key to our strength. We need the economy for our military. We need the economy for our way of life. And every single power in the world has fallen because of the economy. Rome ruled the world for a thousand years until it couldnt pay its troops. The sun never set on the British Empire until world war ii. The soviet union was a dominant force until they could not keep up. We have to realize we are the greatest economy in the world, the greatest people in the history of the world and we have to keep it that way. But we are not going to do it the way we are doing it now. We have to use common sense. We have to let them know that this has to stop, because frankly they are nuts. They love to spend your money, by golly it is so easy to sent ash to spend someone elses money. My plan is 10 steps. I am going to talk about other steps. We should be producing as much oil as possible. [applause] lets face it, there is nobody in the world that does a better job at extracting and refining oil than the United States. What biden when he took office what he did . He immediately stopped all production on federal lands and when he did that it was a travesty, but we took him to court. And now he is drilling by the amount of drilling that is taking place is so low you have to go back to truman to get that low. He also put these new regulations in place so that the small producer could not produce any more and make money. But what we did, we did not stop driving, stop our machines, stop producing plastic, we still needed oil. So we ended up spending billions of dollars buying the oil from russia. And when russia goes and extract oil, it is much worse for the earth . When they converted to natural gas, they put five times the amount of methane in the air than we do . It is a sin that we do this. We are contaminating the earth and as a result everybody going to the pump is paying 100 more for gas than they should be. Does that make any sense . What about the permit of education . The department of education . When i am elected president i am getting rid of the department of education. [applause] only 8 of the money goes to grades k12 . It is ridiculous and we are going to have the government tell us what we should teach our kids . I have 214yearolds and i have a 19yearold. They go to school and they are indoctrinated with these crazy ideas because they tell us what we are supposed to teach our kids. And frankly they are nuts. I say we get the government out of our lives. Right . I will tell you that there are times when we have to spend money. One of those times is right now. We have to help israel. I want everybody to recognize why it is so important. They are a fulcrum in the middle east. They have helped us so much over the last number of years, they are a true ally. And while some people may object to this, they help us in so many ways that by helping them, it actually saves us money. And it gives us security. It is something that we have to do. I want you to realize that over the period of the last 70 years have only given 120 billion in aid to israel. And we are about to eclipse that in ukraine. When we talk about helping out israel, it is something that we have to do for our own security, for the worlds security. How many people here want to make sure we have a secure, free world . [applause] and we will do that. I will tell you, that i am not happy with a lot of departments. I happen to think the fbi is corrupt. Who can doubt it when they have people that they are bribing to perjure themselves . That apartment of justice, it obviously is not fair, and when you use it as a weaponized tool it is not right. But we still have the greatest country the world has ever known. And i want to keep it the greatest country the world has ever known. I have loved my family, i have loved my children, in so many ways, and nobody in their world loves their kids more than their parents. I say parents should have a role in what they teach their kids. What do you say . [applause] now i know, everywhere i go, i have my plan, to sense to save america. The bottom line is that people say it is impossible. That you could never ever change, that we have the swamp and there is nothing you can do about it. But i dont believe that. The one thing about america is that we have a history of doing the impossible. And sometimes it is important that we reflect on how great we really are. 250 years ago we had an idea. A very simple idea. That we were going to create a country unlike any country in the history of the world. A country by the people, for the people, with the brace the basic precepts of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It is upon those principles we were going to build the country that was unlike anything in the history of the world. And to do it we had to do the impossible. We had to fight the greatest army the world had ever known. We had to do it without guns, we werent even allowed muskets. We had to do it with a fledgling general by the name of george washington. We did something that no one had ever thought that could be done, we defeated the greatest army in the history of the world. And the people look at us and they say wow, because we became a country unlike any country the world has ever known. And they look at us and they think, we think about carnegie we think about mellon, we think about ford, and people say wow. God bless New Hampshire and god bless the United States of america. [applause] and i will take any questions. They said it if you dont have any questions thats great because i dont have to think. I can be like biden. I have a question. Everybody who has talked today has told us about what they are going to do and it is going to be another two years. I want to know how we are going to survive these two years waiting . I came here for some hope today. I am feeling very heavy. I know that morgan, who spoke about the security panel, could not sent her daughter to her Jewish School because of the fear. I had relatives who were told not to come into new york city today. Because they did not want them to be exposed. This is the day of rage. Next week it might be the week of rage. How are we going to survive this who are purposely doing this . It is not incompetence. They are very smart. This is what they are doing, how do we get there, to where you could lead . The bottom line is, fortunately i am very religious, i pray every day. But the bottom line is, that we always managed to survive provided we keep ourselves reasonably grounded. Lets be realistic. The bottom line is, we have a very weak president right now. I have called for his impeachment. I was the first to call for his impeachment. How many people think he should be impeached . [applause] the problem that we have is that right now, we have Kamala Harris she may be worse. When i was growing up, we had a president that i thought was the worst president in the history of the world. And that was jimmy carter. I dont know if anyone remembers him, what it was like the time we have now. High interest rates, gas was a fortune, we had to wait in line in order to get gas because we could not find the gas. We had all of these people that were held hostage. They were just there for literally hundreds of days. And we had this president much like we have today. I thought he was the worst in the history of the world until we got biden. Biden is going to set a world record as the worst president our country has ever known. All i am saying is we have to try to overcome them. The only way to overcome that is through hope, and we have to recognize that it is important that each and every one if you try to get on board to elect a republican. I am obviously a little biased, i know we may have people here that are in the middle. Because this is a purple state. But if there were ever a time for us to start being conservative and recognize how important it is that we exemplify strength, it is now. And it is very important. Remember what happened when reagan took office . Everybody was released and we did not have to give them 6 billion. Dont you think it is crazy that we have a president who decides he is going to release 6 billion to iran so they can help out hamas . Isnt that nuts . It is crazy. I thought it was ridiculous with obama. This is nuts. It all starts with having a confident atmosphere and having the world trust the United States will be there to make sure that the free world is secure. What do you say we keep the free world secure for the rest of our lives . [applause] [indiscernible] the biden administration, about six agencies looking to break up all of our hightech companies. What is your solution to increase our global competitiveness, not just big tech but all of them . It is much worse than you think. I am going to tell you how bad it is. Listen, it is much worse. I want everybody to understand, in the year 2000, the entire economy of china was we then decided we were going to give them the status of a third world country and all the advantages of it. That meant no terror ups, nothing. Whenever a company entered china, you had to get 51 of that company to a chinese citizen. That meant you could not own over 50 of any chinese company. Im going to tell you how bad it is. I have the largest registrar in the United States. We have lots of Companies Set up in china. I was coerced to set up in china, i had to give 51 to a chinese citizen. When they changed the law, it took me six years to get this guy out, and then on top of that, they ended up unceremoniously coming in and seizing my computers. They kept them for 90 days. They froze my bank account. When i talk about how bad they are, you have no idea how bad they are. They are much worse than you ever could imagine. They decided that they had problems with quality in a refrigeration plant. This was in the wall street journal. They unceremoniously went over and took the management, of which there were five people, in the back of the factory and they shot them. They killed them. So bush had a meeting with them. This is george bush junior. He said we have to have a different standard, you are going to be more humane. And understand that back then, when they did that, they charged the family for the bullets. Now they no longer charge of the family for the bullets. So when we talk about china, china send their best and brightest to our colleges, which prevent our kids from going to those schools, they steal our technology, they now have a 20 trillion economy. At one time we were 850 larger, now we are 25 larger. And they have all of the advantages of being a third world country. We have borrowed money from china and we are sending them 74 million a day in interest payments. If we do not wake up, we are going to find ourselves behind the eight ball. And in technology, it is important we stay ahead, particularly with ai. It is more important than ever we stay on top of what is happening in our military. We must stay ahead in technology at every possible way. We cannot let chinese be involved in any possible way of stealing that technology. The only they way that is going to happen is if we get republicans to start guarding the future and security of our country. Because it is critical. [applause] thank you for coming. I agree with you that the National Debt is among the leading issues in our nation. How specifically do you think we should cut spending within Discretionary Spending . Here is the way it typically works. I would start by getting rid of that department of education which is 68 billion off the top. What i would do is get rid of 4400 people, that is the employee count, and you can send that directly to the states. The bottom line on this is, you have to change the thinking in washington. I want everyone to understand what the thinking is for everybody that works for the government. They get a budget. And every year they go out of their way to make sure every penny is spent. Then what we do is we give a bonus to the managers for saving that 2 . And now they are starting to think of ways to be more efficient. When i introduced the program to companies, it is amazing what happens. I suddenly have an emphasis on quality and efficiency. We ended up having companies that had departments that cut what you percent cut 20 , you have to change the thinking. There is no emphasis on efficiency and quality. Unless we change that mind set, we are going to have this problem forever in the government. But it starts with changing the mindset of all of the people working for the government. And those are not just elected officials, those are people who are there every year, working for 20 or 30 years, because it has been both republicans and democrats who have spent too much money. We are both guilty, we cannot pick on anyone, we just have to change it. [applause] in the meantime, thank you.
