I come from a long line of democrats, but i have to say, i switched parties because im so impressed with what our president did. The whole rnc was wonderful. To use the white house as a back drop for a Political Convention that results in his nomination for the Republican Party candidacy, to use the official act of pardon, the pardonning of a former felon, swearing citizens in the white house, using the secretary of the department of homeland security, the secretary of state speaking, which is unprecedented at a convention, but setting aside, lets look at the record, we have a president who has allowed a deadly virus to run rampant, 177,000 people are dead and he still has not embraced or promoted or proposed a National Testing program, a Contact Tracing program, an isolation program. E continues to propagate phony cures and medicines and misrepresented a treatment the other day all in a desperate attempt. One in 10 individuals are unemployed in this country today. And this president continues to think miracles are happening and everything is fine. He proposed he signed an executive order that are cuts the payroll tax, which im shocked that a representative on the republican side from florida where im fun thinks its ok to pull the net from under our Senior Citizens and the president says if he is reelected that he will permanently cut it. And our state has the highest ercentage of seniors and it is outrageous. He is showing the true colors of the Republican Party. Host we saw the diplomatic oom, the rose garden and south lawn. Is the president crossing the line by huesing the white house secretary of nd state using this . We are using a the congresswoman wants to play politics with this crisis. But donald trump has done more for the American People than anybody around the world. Think about the testing we are doing and think about the task force and what they have been able to dofment he talked about it yesterday. And everybody who needed a ventilator has received one. We had supplies and been able to encourage the Manufacturing Sector to step up their game and the necessary equipment and nobody in the hospitals that are being denied and we need hope and we need him to talk about the future because this is on the health side and economic one. We arent going to get out of this until our medical sector comes up with these vaccines or cures and through warp speed is the rope why we are seeing these early results and hopefully we will get these vaccines by the end of year. I think the democrats want to continue to play politics and the fact that the congresswoman brings up the payroll tax cut. People are suffering. Unemployment is. We need to get people back to work. The great thing about this president , he has proven once that he has accomplished record low unemployment with africanamericans, asianamericans and once we come out of this crisis, and we have seen the vmp, but he will make sure that americans are back employed. And thats what this election is all about and about the economy and safety and security. In terms of the economy. We know he knows what america knows and im excited not only about his record on economics but once we get past this crisis, america is a resilient people. In our state, we have the third highest number of coronavirus cases and now the lowest infections in the country. If youre going to run on the economy, well, we have an extraordinarily high rate of unemployment. People are not safe nor are they secure because people cant even leave their homes. Theyre not even able to actually go to work. Were all on zoom because we have a deadly virus raging through our country and people are the furthest thing from safe. People will go to the polls in 70 days and make the decision that its time to embrace joe biden and make sure we have a president who actually cares about people and understand house to get us out of this economic mess that donald trump has gotten us into and ensure we have a president who has americans back. This manipulation of the information we receive impedes our freedom. Rather than allowing americans the right to form our own beliefs, this misinformation system keeps people mentally enslaved to ideas they deem correct. People like me as a Breast Cancer survivor who has a preexisting condition, theres 130 million americans like me in this country. We dont have to worry about an Insurance Company dropping us or denying us coverage. Donald trump has never proposed a plan that would do anything like that. And is trying to take Peoples Health care away. Those are the kinds of issues that are going to get voters are going to go to the polls and decide this presidency and thats why theyre going to decide to vote for joe biden and send donald trump packing. I was so fortunate and for a grass roots guy who used to walk doortodoor for different candidates, who has been walking ever since, to be able to have that opportunity was truly once in a lifetime. Ms. Wasserman schultz one thing joe and i do agree on is florida will decide this election. Donald trump cant win the presidency again without florida. Dollar large variety of reasons he wont win florida, not the least of which i have already discussed which is that floridians have the largest number of seniors in the entire country. They absolutely want to make sure they have a president who understands that is devoted to preserving medicare and medicaid and Social Security which are dependent on the payroll tax funding them is essential. This president has already said if hes reelected hes going to make permanent the cuts to the payroll tax. That is going to really cause, in fact, it was just the analysis that came out the other day said that would cause Social Security to have grave Financial Difficulties by 2023. In just a few years.
