When people get exposed to the virus, they should selfquarantine and that is the promise we have been doing since day one. [indiscernible] sec. Mnuchin i dont think so it all. In terms of the psychology for the American Worker, i would emphasize testing is very important. We have ample testing. We will be rolling out even more testing. One reason that we are able to know that people have been exposed in selfquarantine is because of testing. Its very important. I have spoken to some of the doctors who have vaccines and trials. I could not be more optimistic when the president says he thinks we will have a vaccine by the end of the year. I think thats very important. I can tell you that the trials are very important. The American Public wants to know, if they get the disease, that includes things to help them. That includes more ventilators, more supply, better drugs. [indiscernible] is that on a table . Sec. Mnuchin it is one of the things we are considering on the list. I want to thank the senate and the house for having worked very quickly on an emergency basis. We now have 3 trillion. A lot of that money is just beginning to get into the economy. We are working with the Federal Reserve on close to another 3 trillion and these are all beginning to have a very positive impact. The president has said, he wants to make sure before we pay before we spend more taxpayer money, he must make sure all things are on the table. [indiscernible] sec. Mnuchin i would not say we are having negotiations. We are having conversations with republicans and the democrats. It is important that we have transparency and what are the important issues in the next bill . The president has said if we need to spend more money, we will absolutely do that. But having spent 3 trillion, we are going to take a few week, see how this is working and be considerate. Do you feel like there is a risk in not waiting, if you think it is best to not do that right away . Sec. Mnuchin if i thought there was a risk, we would be doing that right away. I was up in the senate every day. I basically live there. We worked around the clock with republicans and democrats. We had a bill passed that protects the American Worker and we are working on executing putting a Staggering Amount of money into the american economy. We have the ppp, which is now up and running, very, very well. We are pleased that we are now focused on some of the more low and moderate income areas of the country to make sure they are properly served as well. We have the airline money so the airlines are stable. We will be rolling out the enhanced unemployment with the states. We have money to hospitals, testing, this is a staggering unprecedented response. Has the been any conversation between ambassador lighthizer sec. Mnuchin ambassador lighthizer and i had a conversation with the vice premier last week. We made it clear that it was our expectation that they meet their commitments. As i said before we expect china , will meet their obligations if they dont, there will be very significant impact, not just for the u. S. , but the rest of the world. The president is concerned about what did china know, when did they know it . But, yes, i expect they will meet their obligations under the trade deal. [indiscernible] sec. Mnuchin i cant comment on it. It was a National Security meeting and for obvious reasons i am not going to comment on that. Is there a type of American Worker that you are most worried about now . Sec. Mnuchin let me be clear. I am worried about every single American Worker not working. There are none that are more important to me or less important to me. I want to get them all back to work. I am pleased that, despite the worst unemployment numbers 70 , of those workers are confident they will have their job back, but 70 is not good enough. We want to make sure all the American Workers have their job back and have it back in a safe way. Absolutely. Areas of the economy i am concerned with travel, entertainment, restaurants.
